Fees and Payments

Parking Information
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
- The pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
- Luggage holding service is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted. Subject to availability.
- Starter amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. The bathroom set includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- Two (2) paper towel rolls are provided per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

- The building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. This unit is located at the front of the building; you may occasionally hear the train when on the balcony or at the pool.
- The property is located in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter.
- Multiple units are managed within the building; sizes and décor vary. All units maintain a consistent standard quality.
